How does the minute quota work for Pro?
Pro users get 1,200 minutes per month for voice note transcription. Each minute of audio consumes one minute of quota. AI summaries are unlimited and do not count toward the quota.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrade to unlock all features instantly, or downgrade and keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
How long are my voice notes stored?
Voice notes are encrypted during upload and processing, then automatically deleted once your job finishes to protect your privacy.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use end-to-end encryption, never train on customer data, and comply with GDPR requirements.
How does the 14-day money-back guarantee work?
It's simple. If you are not 100% satisfied with Whisper Web within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, just email us at support@whisperweb.tech. If you request a refund within 14 days, we will return your payment minus a deduction for the audio duration you have already processed. The deduction is calculated at a rate of $0.035 per minute. This applies to all paid plans.
