What is included for free?
Sign in for complete browser-based Free transcripts. Advanced transcription includes a one-minute preview. AI Summary is included with paid subscriptions.
What can I upload?
Upload audio or video files up to 2GB each. Unlimited includes batch uploads so you can transcribe multiple files together.
What happens if I do not have enough Advanced minutes?
If you have some Advanced minutes remaining, you can choose to transcribe the portion covered by your balance. We’ll show the duration and ask you to confirm before using those minutes. You can also use Free Mode for supported recordings. Your existing transcripts remain available.
How does annual billing work?
Basic costs $106.80 per year ($8.90 per month). Unlimited costs $118.80 per year ($9.90 per month). Basic Advanced minutes renew monthly.
Will my existing purchases change?
Your existing subscription, purchased files and remaining minute balance are preserved. New pay-per-file purchases are no longer offered.
How does the 14-day money-back guarantee work?
It's simple. If you are not 100% satisfied with Whisper Web within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, just email us at support@whisperweb.tech. If you request a refund within 14 days, we will return your payment minus a deduction for the audio duration you have already processed. The deduction is calculated at a rate of $0.035 per minute. This applies to all paid plans.
